Barcelona and Manchester City are eyeing Millonarios whizkid Daniel Ruiz.

Ruiz's agent Mauricio Serrano is fielding interest from across Europe.

AS Barca have been following Ruiz for some months and were recently joined by City and Benfica.

"I'm focused here on Millonarios, it's a dream and every soccer player wants to leave (for Europe), but today it's Millonarios, I'm calm here, I'm happy," said the Chilean.

Ruiz has a deal with Millonarios to 2024.
