Barcelona midfielder Carles Alena will be allowed to leave next month.

Mundo Deportivo says Barca aren't pushing Alena out the exit door and instead will leave the final decision with him.

The midfielder is expected to push to depart should Arturo Vidal choose to stay.

Alena isn't short of offers, with Real Betis, AC Milan and Getafe all in contact about taking Alena on-loan for the remainder of the season.

Betis are regarded as favourites for Alena, where former Barca defender and good friend Marc Bartra is now in the locker room.
