Barcelona are keeping tabs on Manchester City defender Aymeric Laporte's situation.
Barca have been watching Laporte's progress since he was breaking through at Athletic Bilbao and believe they can tempt him back to Spain this coming summer.
La Sexta says Barca management have the defender high on their shortlist of 2020 transfer targets and will keep tabs on him as he returns from knee surgery. There's a confidence at City that Laporte will be fully fit for their Champions League round 16 tie with Real Madrid.
For their part, Barca will have no problem bettering the €65m City paid Athletic for Laporte 18 months ago.
But the final decision will be left to the player, with City showing no interest in losing the centre-half anytime soon.
