Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen is set for knee surgery today.
Sport says Ter Stegen will have an operation on Tuesday to fix a problem with a tendon in his right knee, the club announced on Monday, shortly after sacking Quique Setien.
He will have the operation under Doctor Cugat's guidance and try to get back as soon as possible.
However, he is unlikely to be able to start the season and it could be an absence of three to four months.
