Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen says they paid for their errors after Tuesday's 3-0 defeat to Juventus.
The loss cost Barça top place in their Champions League group, with Juve progressing to the last 16 as group winners and Ronald Koeman's men as runners-up.
Ter Stegen said "we made mistakes that cannot happen" but bemoaned bad luck to explain the poor run of results the Blaugrana have had this season.
"We're in a phase where if we slip up, we concede a goal," he added. "We haven't managed to have the rub of the green in that sense.
"We have to get out of this dynamic and work hard, which we are doing, to come out of this situation. We have to start games stronger."
