Barcelona goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen has announced he will leave ths summer.

Cillessen is eager to play first team football again after two years as Marc-Andre ter Stegen's backup.

"First I will go on holiday and then I hope to have a new club where I can play, because I want to play," Cillessen told Ziggo Sport.

Cillessen was also asked if former Ajax teammate Matthijs de Ligt will join Frenkie de Jong in moving to Barcelona this summer.

"I know Frenkie de Jong is coming, but is the De Ligt thing true?" added Cillessen.

"In any case, if you have the chance to go to Barcelona, you have to take advantage of it."
