Barcelona's interim board have insisted the squad travel to some away games by coach.
For Barca's 1-0 win at Huesca, the squad travelled to the game by bus, reports Esports3 via Foot Mercato.
The decision was made as a cost-cutting measure and saved the club €30,000 in contrast to the cost of a private flight.
The time spent for the bus trip to Huesca was the same as it would have been by air. The journey didn't effect the players as they won 1-0 at Huesca to move into fifth place on the LaLiga table. Barca are at Athletic Bilbao tonight.
It's suggested the bus trip will be no one-off for the remainder of the season.
Carles Tusquets, the president of Barca's interim board, has made it no secret that the club's finances are in a delicate state. Tusquets has been the driving force for senior players to accept pay-cuts as Barca attempt to balance the books in the aftermath of Spain's lockdown.
