Barcelona insists director Eric Abidal's Instagram account was hacked after a post fired at Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt appeared this week.

The Frenchman quoted one famous Johan Cruyff phrase which indicates that the Blaugrana only need players who are sure that they want to play for the club.

"The one who has doubts about playing at Barcelona is no longer needed by us," read the quote.

"Thank you Johan, you are right," was the accompanying caption.

De Ligt has already received Barcelona's offer but he has yet to decide what his next destination will be, which led some to believe that the post was directed at the defender.

However, Barca have insisted Abidal's account was hacked.
