Barcelona hold a long-term interest in RB Salzburg striker Erling Haaland.

The Norway international is the talk of Europe after his Champions League hat-trick this week in victory over Genk.

Mundo Deportivo says Barca have had a long standing interest in the 19 year-old, who joined Salzburg last January from Molde.

And it's been revealed Barca posted a scout to the U20 World Cup this year to watch Haaland.

It's been suggested Barca management see the youngster as a potential replacement for Luis Suarez.
