Barcelona hero Rivaldo has no problem with comments made by Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois about the LaLiga title.
With Real trailing Barca on the table, Courtois insists the Catalans cannot be named LaLiga champions if the season is abandoned.
The Belgian's claims have been criticised by those connected to Barca, though Rivaldo insists: "Courtois's words do not seem controversial to me because they are perfectly normal comments coming from a footballer who is fighting for the title and who knows that, under normal circumstances, he would have many games ahead to cut the difference of two points.
"The best thing is that the championship can be finished and only then crown the new champion.
"Barcelona decided to sell some players in January, which, with the injuries suffered by (Luis) Suárez or (Ousmane) Dembélé, has left a short squad. (Quique) Setién is going to have to manage his resources very carefully at this stage and will surely have to pull people from the youth team."
