Barcelona great Xavi has no doubts Antoine Griezmann will be a success at the Nou Camp.

The former Atletico Madrid attacker moved to Barca last week for a massive €120m.

Xavi, now coach of Al Sadd in Qatar, said: "Antoine Griezmann is a world class player. Barça have recruited a very great player."

Former Barca captain Andres Iniesta has also discussed the Frenchman's arrival.

"I do not think that the arrival of Antoine Griezmann will come into question the domination of Lionel Messi," said the Vissel Kobe star.

"Griezmann, in addition to the undeniable qualities he has, has the chance to know very well the La Liga and his new teammates. All the conditions are right for him to do things right. He will be surrounded by the best players. Everything suggests that his move to Barça will be very positive and I hope that will be the case."
