Barcelona goalscorer Luis Suarez says thrashed Real Madrid now fourth-rate

Barcelona ace Luis Suarez has wrote off Real Madrid as a title challenger after Sunday's win.

Barca won 3-0 through goals from Suarez, Lionel Messi and Aleix Vidal.

"We have rivals like Valencia and Atletico who are pushing us in LaLiga," he explained in an interview with BeIN Sports.

"We're 14 points clear of Real Madrid having played a game more.

"Playing away from home makes the three more valuable points."

Barcelona have enjoyed an excellent first half to the season, despite the early season distractions that came courtesy of Neymar's departure, the former Liverpool forward believes his team are in good shape.

"The beginning of the season was difficult to evaluate," he intimated.

"One team has been better emotionally. LaLiga is still just beginning, this is a long season."
