Barcelona plan to take legal action against Santos over their sale of Gabriel Barbosa to Inter Milan.

When Barcelona signed Neymar in 2013, the deal included first refusal for Gabigol.

Globo Esporte says Santos maintain they informed Barcelona of the Inter move last month and were given the all-clear to proceed.

However, Barca insist the document sent over was not detailed enough and they did not grant permission for the transfer.

Now the Spaniards want some sort of remuneration for the failure to stand by that option.
