Barcelona fullback Junior Firpo admits their finishing wasn't good enough for Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Eibar.
Ronald Koeman's side were unable to take all three points from a game they dominated and in which the full-back assisted their only goal. The coach himself was in disbelief with his players' failure to claim maximum points, which is a line of thinking that the former Real Betis player agreed with.
"We need a thousand chances to score," Junior Firpo lamented afterwards.
"They [Eibar] had one clear chance and scored."
Feeling like the better side in a game they failed to win is something that has happened to Barcelona on a number of occasions this term.
"It's the trend of the season," Firpo bemoaned.
"The games are tough and it's all uphill."
On a personal level, the full-back was pleased with his own contribution.
"I felt good," he said.
"It's noticeable when you don't play so often, but I always try to train to the fullest.
"When I get a chance I try to take advantage of it."
