Barcelona fullback Jordi Alba admits things must change.

Barça were held to a 1-1 draw by Athletic Bilbao on Saturday after losing to Leganes in midweek and being held by Girona last weekend.

"That's three games without winning," Alba told reporters. "It's clear that we have to make changes to try and get three points.

"We have to look at a lot of things. But the team tried, we just lacked a little luck. We got into the box a lot and the ball didn't want to go in.

"There's no need for alarms. I think it's clear we're not satisfied with the results and that we can all give more. The season is just getting started. Despite the three slip-ups, we're still up there and there's a long way to go. We all have to give a lot more."
