Barcelona are facing frustration in their marathon attempts to prise Lautaro Martinez away from Inter Milan.

Negotiations have been rumbling on for months as Barca baulk at meeting the €111m buyout clause in Lautaro's contract. With the striker reluctant to force things from his end, Barca have been left in a bind.

And now TMW says there's a confidence inside Inter that Lautaro is prepared to snub Barca and sign a new deal.

The new contract could include a buyout clause far greater than his current option.

Inter chiefs aim to open negotiations about a new deal later this month.
