Barcelona management expect to be offered Cristiano Ronaldo this month.

The Portuguese great and former Real Madrid striker is only six months into his return to former club Manchester United. However, Ronaldo is now considering his options and held talks with his agent Jorge Mendes on the weekend.

Mendes is in the UK, jetting to Manchester on Saturday.

Sport says a Barca source has stated, "...that it would not be surprising that the name of Ronaldo is linked to FC Barcelona".

Interestingly, Barca sporting director Mateu Alemany is close to Mendes.
