It is unlikely Watford will sign Barcelona defender Jean-Clair Todibo.
According to the Watford Observer, the 19-year-old does not want a loan move to the Hornets or any other Premier League club.
Todibo believes the competition will not be conducive to his development.
Reports emerged earlier in the summer that stated Watford's top brass travelled to Catalonia to discuss a transfer.
