Barcelona will write a cheque to Manchester City for €800,000 after their Copa del Rey defeat at Levante last night.

The cash goes to City after Denis Suarez featured in the round 16 first-leg defeat.

As part of his move, it was agreed an installment of €800,000 would go to City every ten matches Denis played. Last night was his 70th since leaving City.

His fee so far has reached €7.4m.

Denis is the subject of loan interest from Arsenal this week.
