Barcelona management have plans for two major midfield signings over the next year.

While they're prepared to see this summer's market close on Friday without any late business, Sport says Barca have the verbal commitments of three top class midfielders for next season - if not earlier in January.

Manchester United ace Paul Pogba, Ajax whiz Frenkie de Jong and PSG's Adrien Rabiot have all informed Barca reps of their willingness to move to the Nou Camp - and the Catalans have plans of signing two from three.

The easiest of the trio will be Rabiot, who is now inside the final year of his current deal. But Barca now know all three midfielders would welcome the chance to join them in the coming 12 months.
