Barcelona management are confident Ilaix Moriba will sign his first pro deal with them.

Ilaix, having turned 16, is now set to pen pro terms - but Barca have been concerned he'd be lost to the club amid attractive offers from Chelsea and Manchester City.

However, Sport says Barca have upped their offer to the player's minders and is confident he will now commit.

Ilaix is rated the best talent inside the La Masia academy and been likened to Manchester United star Paul Pogba.

The deal on the table from Barca is for three years.
