Barcelona coach Xavi has confirmed Hector Bellerin is moving to Sporting CP.

Xavi also admits he'd like a new signing made before the transfer deadline falls tonight.

He said, "We are in a situation that depends on 'fair play' and perhaps there is the departure of Bellerín, who has asked us to leave, it is understood. I want to thank him because he has been an example in everything and not a bad face, always involved, he has asked us to leave."

After the departure of Bellerín, Barça have now seen three departures this season.

Xavi added, "With the retirement of Gerard (Pique), the departure of Memphis (Depay) and Héctor, a reinforcement would be good for us. In what position? I don't know, it's difficult but we are open."
