Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde says he can handle the latest round of sack rumours.

Valverde is again under pressure after their dismal defeat to Granada.

The coach said, "This has been the case from the beginning. We are always talking about coaches. That is not a novelty for me or anyone. In the place where I am what dictates are the results. If you are not ahead, the coach is in the spotlight. It's not a surprise.

"This year we have not started well and we have to fight back. We must overcome this situation in the same way as last year we had a bump and we overcame it."

Valverde continued: "The world of football is like that. It does not have as much to do with us as what is on the table there (by the press). You can leave the crisis in three days. The only way for people to be calm is for you to win two matches."
