Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde is resting Luis Suarez for tonight's Champions League clash with Tottenham.
Valverde didn't want to confirm his side for Tuesday's game against Tottenham -- or how many changes he will make -- but did reveal Luis Suarez won't play.
"It's true that there will be some changes tomorrow," he said. "At the end of the day, it doesn't escape me that we've won the group and can rest some players, more than anything because important game on Saturday just gone.
"I know Tottenham rested players for this game, like Harry Kane, we couldn't do that. There are some players with knocks, like Luis Suarez. He's just come back from a knee problem and he won't play two games in three days.
"We will see about Messi, but the important thing is those that play are motivated and want to win the game."
