Barcelona coach Luis Enrique is ready to fast-track Carles Alena.

The teen still qualifies for juvenile A, but is now a first-choice for Barca B coach Gerard Lopez's team.

Alena, a left-sided midfielder, has been likened to Andres Iniesta and Ivan Rakitic.

The 18 year-old is already regarded as too good for Segunda B and Barca management are now weighing up his next move.

Alena is likely to be promoted to Enrique's first team, but could also be loaned out in January.
