Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman insists Eibar were robbed of a penalty in defeat to Real Madrid on Sunday.
Real won 3-1 at Eibar, though were rescued by VAR at 2-1 when Sergio Ramos appeared to handle the ball inside the hosts' penalty area.
Asked about the controversy, Koeman said: "The last question is very easy.
"I do not understand the criteria of the referees. But I'll stick with what I said on Madrid that day. There are things that cannot be understood. If you ask even ten people from Madrid, nine say yes. But the referee decided not to whistle it. But we already know ...
"I can think of it as a penalty. Everyone has the right and there is no need to say more. For me it is a penalty, but the referees decided no. Respect ... But if you ask, it is a penalty."
