Alaves have started their campaign with two draws, most noticeably their opening day 1-1 stalemate away to Atletico Madrid, following their return to Spain's top-flight for the first time in 10 years.
Enrique said: "Alaves have started the season well and have shown they are a tough team to beat.
"They are just coming into the first division with a new coach and new players. They have started the season in an adequate way, not giving up goals like they did in (Atletico Madrid's stadium, the Vicente) Calderon.
"It will be a difficult game and we are only thinking about taking the three points.
"If we look at their football from what I've seen, they will play back in defence and block the spaces, we're going to look at the different phases of the game and be aware of the counter-attack."
