A Barcelona delegation are in Paris today for talks with PSG over Neymar.

Le Parisian says Leonardo, sports director of PSG, and Oscar Grau, general director of Barcelona, along with Javier Bordas and Eric Abidal, are meeting today.

PSG want €100m plus Ousmane Dembélé and Nelson Semedo to part with Neymar.

Barça, meanwhile, will only agree to a loan and let Dembélé go. They also would be willing to include a mandatory purchase option of €170m - executable in 2020 or 2021.

But the offer falls well short of PSG's valuation.
