Barcelona chief Robert Fernandez feels Arsenal overpaid for Shkodran Mustafi.
Despite the Premier League giants' delight at landing the former Valencia man, Fernandez suggests there was better value to be found in the market.
Speaking to Sport, the Catalan club's chief compared Samuel Umtiti's move to the Nou Camp and Mustafi's link up with Arsenal.
"I think we've done good deals," Fernandez said.
"Umtiti in the current market would be worth a lot more.
"The Premier League [Arsenal] ended up paying €40m (£35m) for Mustafi, for example."
