Barcelona chief Jordi Cruyff admits he's watching Ghana ace Mphammed Kudus at the World Cup.
The Ajax attacker has been the big story in Qatar so far.
Cruyff said: "I saw him play a year ago and I have followed his career at Ajax.
"We are not at the point of saying 'Barça loves this player', far from it. But he is a player who has drawn attention for his performance and goals in the World Cup.
"I am particularly struck by the debate in the Netherlands about his position, whether he is an advanced midfielder or a forward."
Cruyff also said: "Today we cannot sign in winter. The situation has changed due to a host of things that come together and make fair play difficult. It is not a question for a player to leave and it is already solved. There are several different solutions, one is not worth it."
