Barcelona board agrees (with FIFA's help) to throw everything at Neymar re-signing

Barcelona are ready to go 'all in' on trying to bring PSG star Neymar back to the club.

Mundo Deportivo says Barca's board have agreed to throw everything at re-signing the Brazil captain in the coming months.

The decision has been made after receiving short shrift from Tottenham after an approach for Harry Kane and believing Neymar's PSG teammate Kylian Mbappe has his heart set on a move to Real Madrid.

As such, Barca will focus on signing Neymar this year - and seek FIFA's assistance to do so.

Recently introduced FIFA transfer laws rule that a player who has played for a club for three years without having extended his contract can leave for a fee set by the world's governing body. And according to the same source, Barca directors believe FIFA will set the starting price at €180m.

PSG paid Barca a world record €222m for Neymar almost three years ago.
