Barcelona B coach Gerard Lopez is fighting for his job today.

With Barca B facing relegation from the Segunda Division, Gerard could be sacked this week, says Catalunya Radio.

It's suggested Barca directors Guillermo Amor and Jose Maria Bakero believe they need to act now and wish to sack and replace Gerard with Francisco Garcia Pimienta.

Garcia Pimienta is curently in charge of Juvenil A and also guided Barca to victory on Monday in the final of the UEFA Youth League against Chelsea.

Gerard could be shown the door before Saturday's game with Almeria.
