Barcelona have approached Flamengo for Reinier.

The 17 year-old is already a first teamer at Fla and regarded among the best talents of his generation.

El Mundo Deportivo says Reinier's deal carries a €70m buyout clause - and Fla informed Barca several months ago they'd be prepared to sell for €20m.

However, Barca believed at the time it was too rich.

But now Fla directors believe they could sell for as high as €45m ahead of the January market.

Along with the Catalans, Real Madrid, PSG, Arsenal and Manchester City are also interested in the midfielder.
