Bale agent blasts Real Madrid as Jiangsu Suning, Beijing Guoan in contact

The agent of Gareth Bale admits he feels let down by Real Madrid after coach Zinedine Zidane went public with their plans to sell the Welshman.

Speaking with AS, agent Jonathan Barnett insisted Real had shown little effort in finding Bale a new club.

"The one who is working on Gareth's departure is me, Madrid is doing little," Barnett told AS.

Bale has been offered to Europe's biggest clubs, though it is in China where his current deal will be covered.

There are two teams that have made contact: Jiangsu Suning, which has 70% ownership of Inter, and Beijing Guoan. They want to make Bale the highest paid in the Super League.

However, another thing is the transfer fee demanded by Madrid. It cannot be high, because Chinese regulations impose a 100% tax for foreign signings. If Real demand €50m to sell, they must pay another €50m to the Chinese federation.
