Newcastle United striker Papiss Cisse invited Toon fans to his family home as a thank-you for their support this year.

Cisse spread the Christmas cheer by handing out presents to supporters, friends and local children, reports the Newcastle Chronicle.

Cisse also personally handed out soft drinks and snowman cakes to excited youngsters on their arrival.

The Senegal star also donned a black and white Santa hat as he distributed gifts to Tyneside youngsters including Cory and Kain Davison and Sam and Jack Livingstone in a dream moment for the young Magpie fans.

Cisse said: "I want to wish Newcastle United fans a merry Christmas and say thank you for their support through the year.

"We are always working hard for the fans."
