Austin da Luz is thrilled with his first team chance at New York Red Bulls.

Injuries have opened the door for Da Luz to show what he can do at MLS level.

"I'm just excited to have this opportunity.

"I've begun to take advantage of it, and hopefully I can continue to do that in the next couple of weeks, and that begins (tonight),'' da Luz told the New York Post.
