Aussie Jason van Blerk has paid tribute to the West Bromwich Albion support.
The former fullback is now coaching at home in Sydney.
"It was a good club to play for and it was a forgiving club," he told the Birmingham Mail. "If you did something bad they always supported you and believed in you but other clubs, they didn't.
"Sometimes fans (of other clubs) would get on your back and put unnecessary pressure on you.
"The Baggies were great. They understood that there were times you were going to have bad games but they knew that other times you would have great games.
"It was great there, really good fun."
