Australian star Tom Rogic has hailed the impact Brendan Rodgers has had at Celtic so far.
Rodgers was appointed as manager of Celtic this summer and while the Northern Irishman's arrival had initially been met with a bit of apprehension by the Hoops supporters, it has to be said that he has managed to make a positive impact at Parkhead so far.
Now midfielder Rogic, who signed a new three-year deal on Tuesday, has gone on to hail the job Rodgers has been doing with the Glasgow giants and hinted that the presence of the former Liverpool boss is the main reason why he signed a contract extension.
The 23-year-old said: "The manager has had a very positive impact on the club so far and I'm sure we will continue to build on that.
"It's a great time to be at the club. For me to have my future sorted and know that I'm going to be working with the manager for the coming seasons is great.
"I still feel I have a lot to give and I know that, under him, I can develop, progress and contribute to the team's success."
