Augsburg coach Markus Weinzierl says he'll be proud if Abdul Rahman Baba completes a move to Chelsea.

Chelsea are expected to land the Ghana left-back this week for €30 million.

Weinzierl told Kicker: "I would of course be very happy to continue working with all my players.

"But if we sign someone like Baba from the 2. Liga and he ends up going to a club like Chelsea after a year, then that makes us rather proud as a coaching staff.

"Of course we also worked a lot with him individually - but we do the same with all our players."
