Atletico Madrid want to extend the loan of Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois for a third season.

Marca says Atletico have already registered their interest with Chelsea to keep hold of the Belgian goalkeeper.

But no decision will be made about Courtois until the end of the season, when a likely new manager will be installed at Chelsea.
