Atletico Madrid striker Mario Mandzukic has revealed how crucial assistant coach German Burgos is to the club.
Mandzukic admits Burgos works as translator for the non-Spanish speakers.
"Burgos translates everything Diego Simeone's says into English.
"What a great guy! You'd be surprised what a good man he really is. A big man in every way. Burgos is a good soul.
"You can see that they have a great relationship and look after the team environment. He is the one who puts the music on when we go to parties and encourages us all the time, he 'injects' the adrenaline."
