Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann is ready to face former club Barcelona this weekend.

Griezmann returned to Atletico last summer on-loan before signing permanently midseason.

The France attacker recalled: "A complicated first year, as a substitute, not playing, another system, another position.

"I had to get used to all that.

"But I liked my second year, I enjoyed it."

Asked if Atletico can win the title with late season surge, Griezmann said: "We can ask ourselves that question, because we are at a very high level, winning every game. You start to think and it could be, right?

"But that's how football is. Now we are living another streak and we have to enjoy what we have. We have a super nice match to play ahead of us, we'll try to go there and win, get the three points."
