Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks is attracting big transfer interest across Europe.
The Mirror says Tottenham are willing to listen to offers for the Winks with the midfielder keen to make a move in search of regular first-team action.
Everton and Valencia were both keen on signing the 25-year-old on loan in January but Spurs blocked the move with boss Jose Mourinho adamant he was going nowhere this season.
Spanish sides Atletico Madrid and Sevilla are ready to make a move for the midfielder, who will cost around £20million.
Everton and Valencia could also revive their interest.
Oliver Skipp's impressive form on loan at Norwich this season means they have a ready made replacement.
