Atletico Madrid are moving for Malaga striker Sandro Ramirez.

Everton have been regarded as favourites for the former Barcelona forward.

However, Estadio Deportivo says Atletico are now closing in on a deal for Sandro.

Sandro's release clause is only six million euros and, after scoring 16 goals this season, he's worth it.

Atletico's problem is that they could be serving a FIFA-imposed transfer ban. They hope to get it reduced -- Real Madrid already have -- by the CAS and, if they do, it's likely Sandro will be Madrid bound this summer.
