Atletico Madrid are wary of losing Saul Niguez today with Chelsea keen.
AS says Saul met with agent Jonathan Barnett on Friday to consider his options and was informed no concrete offers had arrived. The big problem being the midfielder's €150m buyout clause.
However, Barnett also told Saul that Chelsea were keen, but only on their terms.
Chelsea are open to taking Saul on-loan and have been busy making room for the Spain international after offloading midfield pair Danny Drinkwater (Reading) and Tiemoue Bakayoko (AC Milan).
A move to Stamford Bridge could now be on if Atletico are prepared to accept loan terms.
