Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke was pleased with victory over Real Sociedad.
A midweek demolition at the hands of Borussia Dortmund couldn't keep Atletico Madrid down for long as Diego Simeone's side bounced back with a comfortable 2-0 win over Real Sociedad on Saturday evening.
Rojiblancos midfielder Koke was keen to move on from the collapse in Germany and he played a key role as his side got back to winning ways.
"What happened a few days ago was an fluke result," he said to Movistar+.
"If you see the game it's clear that it wasn't a 4-0 match, they were more effective than us.
"We wanted to win, especially for our fans, and we achieved it."
