Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak is ready to end his international exile.

New Slovenia coach Matjaz Kek says he's been in touch with Oblak and he's ready to return to the international fold. He had stepped away after rowing with former coach Tomaz Kavcic.

"I have talked with Jan Oblak ... The most important thing is that he is ready and willing. He will be summoned for the next game of the national team," Kek told the Vecer.

"I was not interested in what happened in the past.

"The important thing is that Jan has not put conditions, he just has said he will gladly attend the call."
