Atletico Madrid are eyeing Manchester City midfielder Yangel Herrera.
Having spent last season on-loan with Granada, City have made Herrera available for transfer this summer.
The Manchester Evening News says Atletico are eyeing the goalscoring midfielder, though will face competition from England.
Crystal Palace, Southampton and West Ham United are also interested.
City hope to raise £20m from the Venezuela international's sale.
