Atletico Madrid defender Lucas Hernandez admits he turned down Real Madrid two years ago.

Lucas reveals Real made an "important offer" to him, but his loyalty to Atletico made it impossible to consider.

He told AS: "I can only answer that many things have been said and written, but what is really true is that two summers ago Real Madrid made an important offer to my representative.

"But I told them that I did not want to know anything or value that offer that was on the table.

"Everyone knows how much I owe to Atlético de Madrid."
