Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone says they'll seek to a buy a replacement for the wantaway Antoine Griezmann.

Griezmann is expected to move to Barcelona this summer.

Simeone said, "We will go and look for a Griezmann that will be a Griezmann in the future, like Rodrigo or [Jan] Oblak. I'm still excited by all this, by staying."

There have been several rumours about a potential exit for midfielder Rodrigo this summer.

"I've spoken with him," Simeone said. "Those that gambled on him when he was at Villarreal were Atletico. We told him that he's only 22 and still has a lot to improve on.

"Lots of players are leaving and they leave places to fill."
